All exterior walls have been fully insulated using XPS insulation boards, providing excellent thermal performance and long-lasting protection for the building. After applying the insulation, the boards were carefully coated with reinforcing mesh and a special adhesive and levelling compound.

As the final step, the façade was finished with a fine decorative plaster featuring a 0.8 mm grain structure, resulting in a clean, smooth, and weather-resistant finish.
