Inside the house, there were problems with leaks, which originated from this roof terrace.

We removed the old chimney and closed up the hole.

The customer did not want to completely remove the tiles from the roof terrace, so we applied three layers of insulation with mesh over the old tiles, plus a special membrane to protect it from the sun.

We also repaired the walls and repainted them.

Problem solved!
